The Folklore – Joko Tarub in English version

Once upon a time, Joko Tarub lived in the village near the jungle. He lived with her mother. His father passed away when he was a child. Joko Tarub had a hobby. His hobby was hunting some birds. He brought a blowpipe as his gun.

        One day, he went to the jungle to hunt some birds. He wandered around the jungle. He couldn’t see any birds to hunt. He felt very thirsty. He went to the river near the waterfall. Joko Tarub was surprised, because there were some beautiful angels taking shower there. He took one of the angle’s dresses. Without this dress the angel couldn’t fly back to her home. After that all of angel’s friends left her on the earth.

        Then, Joko Tarub came close to the angel and asked her to go home to his house. A few day later, Joko Tarub realized that taken her dresses. Kneeing that, the angel felt angry to Joko Tarub. But Joko Tarub had the reason that he did it becaused of he wanted to closer with her. Then Joko Tarub returned her dresses . Joko Tarub asked her to married with joko tarub. Actually the angel wanted to back in her family but the angel had same feeling to him. Finally they got married and happy ever after.
